Qwinnt - to the point
What we care about
Decision-making under pressure, scarce resources, constant change - if you don't want to become a casualty of pace, you need places where you can reflect and go deep. Agility is good, but only if you know what matters. Because we are convinced that ultimately the quintessence wins, we have named ourselves Qwinnt.
With Qwinnt, we want to create spaces of depth and reflection for leaders and organisations. We want to bring thought leadership right into practice and everyday life, and to do this, we want to combine theory and practice - with rigour and precision. For more substance, clarity, and impact.
Therefore, we not only advise and research - we also actively promote the exchange of knowledge and experience between managers, experts and researchers, using a number or frameworks formats. Qwinnt is a community of people who want to understand and solve complex problems together. Its members confront and challenge each other with new perspectives to jointly get to the bottom of current issues and challenges, from which new and more effective solutions emerge.
For us, effectiveness does not only mean MORE (of the same). To become effective means to make something DIFFERENT as well. So that something becomes BETTER, SIMPLER, and at the same time, MORE VERSATILE. Effectiveness brings focus, but also opens up new options. It reduces to essentials but not at the expense of critical dimensions. It thinks interdisciplinary and acts networked, not technocratic and monocausal.
Effectiveness is not an abstract concept. It improves concretely and creates meaning in the process. It optimises the "machine room" and, at the same time, strengthens the spirit of people and organisations. It is rooted in the responsibility – to and for people, organisations, and society – espoused by Peter Drucker, the doyen of modern management, to which we remain firmly committed.
We work with organisations from the private sector, from public administration, and non-profits. Even if the topics are different, the challenges are similar. Solutions and approaches in one area can help in others. We want to facilitate and promote this transfer of experience.
