- Questions open up new perspectives, leading to fresh approaches and solutions. Identifying the right questions - we don’t stop until we have found them.
- Good questions require the ability to take different angles. To formulas and buzzwords, we prefer interdisciplinary exchange, scientifically validated findings, practical experience of different industries and an intensive culture of debate.
- While we don’t have a patent on mental fireworks and cascades of ideas – we trigger them again and again.
- Solutions usually lie under the surface. You can only go deep if you can say what things are. Spaces of openness and trust for us are key to success.
